Clinical Equipment-based Pre/Post-natal Pilates Physiotherapy Treatment includes: Consultation and assessment (Ultrasound Imaging assessment if applicable). 10 minutes Pilates Exercise Therapy (core muscles and pelvic floor mainly). 35 minutes
