Service Description

1 to 1 Equipment-based (Reformer, Cadillac, and Chair) Pilates treatment 45 minutes, including consultation and assessment if applicable. For patients who would like to improve core strength, increase flexibility, correct bad posture and prevent injury. Also for dancers who would like to improve dance performance with better dance biomechanics.
